The 1691 Linhof Universal 69 Digital Adapter fits to any 69 Linhof with the Circular rear fitting and then accepts the digital adapter plates for Phase One or Hasselblad. See pdf attached
Ideally your digital back should have live view, if not then focusing on the TK ground Glass is required and then the ground glass back has to be removed before the Universal Digital adapter can be placed on.
