This used item consists of two parts:
1/ The Alpa 180888510 MAM Manual Lens Module for lenses with Mamiya 645 mount and manual aperture control.
2/ The Alpa 450010111 Multi use adapter 11mm.
When using the Mamiya manual lens adapter on an ALPA 12 camera, the 11mm spacer is required to achieve the correct flange focal distance with Mamiya lenses.
