CONTINUOUS
INK SYSTEMS (C.I.S.) - THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY
As most photographers are aware professional digital printing can
be an expensive process.
For this reason, Lyson have introduced their Continuous Ink Systems.
Recently awarded 90% in a review by Practical Photography , the
review highlighted many features of this CIS system:
Easy Setup , clear instructions. Getting the inksinto the cartridges
is particularly easy, the syringe and tube clips make the system
almost foolproof and there is no need for any follow up process
to eliminate air bubbles.
CONTINUOUS
INK SYSTEMS AND THE EPSON 2100 - TEN TIMES CHEAPER PER PRINT!
The
2100 uses a lot of ink. Test show that 25ml of ink is needed to
produce 12 A3 prints. Assuming you use all the ink in a cartridge
( not possible) each A3 print would cost £1.23.
With
the CIS system, there is no ink wastage and the cost can be reduced
to 33p per A3 print using the 125ml bottles. |
