BICAM is a new generation modular camera, its flexibility and versatility make it very up-to-date.

Wide Angle for Digital.

Many photographers are aware of the obstacles in wide angle photography with digital. The accuracy of focus , alignment of lens to film plane whilst still being able to achieve movements to name but a few. Therefore it is true that the easiest was to use wide lenses such as the 35, 28 and 24mm is to have the lens mounted in a Helical focusing mount. The Bi Cam body has a geared 15mm of rise and 15mm fall within the body. A Shiftable Viewfinder can be added to make this truly versatile wide angle solution.

(Please note the 28mm HR and 35m HR from Rodenstock can be focused without Helical focus mount on the FlexiBellow Maxi. The 24 and 35mm Apo Digitar cannot.)

All lenses longer than this can be used with the Flexibellows or can be ordered with helical focus mount.

Studio Solution with indirect movements .

The main Bi cam body can quickly be change into a versatile camera with movements by adding the flexibellows which is essentially ' half a 'Flexicam'

This flexibellows offers a front standard to the camera with horizontal shift , swing and tilt. In addition ,lenses used on the Flexibellows DO NOT require a Helical Focusing mount allowing photographers to utilize existing lenses and to keep their budget to a minimum.

The Bi cam body has a sliding stitching back for the latest digital backs or can accept a direct adapter for live focus.

Bi Cam Extension Rings

Flexi Bellows Maxi for Bi Cam body

The Flexi Bellows Maxi mounts lenses with the Silvestri bayonet without the requirement of a helical focusing ring. The extension capability of the rail together with the advantage of the micrometric focusing extends the versatility of the Bi cam 2 in still-life, industrial, architectural photography and in all the other fields where high quality performance is paramount. The Flexi Bellows Maxi features side shift movements and micrometric tilt and swing movements. Only for Bi cam II.

Extension bayonet rings

These bayonet rings extend the bellow range of 15mm and 30mm respectively. They are used to get closer to the subject when the extension of the Flexicam or the Flexi Bellows are not sufficient.

The extension rings have a female bayonet on one side and a male bayonet on the other one.

They can also be used on the T30 camera in combination with the Back focusing bellow code 5000

Hasselblad C lens Actuator

The Silvestri Actuator adapts Hasselblad lenses - 75mm or longer - from the V series to Silvestri Cameras for digital use. ( Adapters possible for other cameras)

It performs the cocking and triggering functions normally executed by the Hasselblad body.

120° Viewfinder

A high quality and excellent correction viewfinder, with a large field angle, very useful for the new super wide angle lenses. A very precise roof-style level is visible in the viewfinder. Interchangeable format screens are on release, with vertical-horizontal overturn.

Shift Viewfinder

In certain occasions this type of viewfinder simplifies working and helps in making the composition process faster. A series of format frames are available for specific lenses. The viewfinder has an adjustment option to move the format frame to simulate the 15-0-15mm shift movement.
