The picture gate 8000 David is the sole scan-back in the world capable of true comparison with large size films. By means of the sensational resolution of not uninterpolated 14400 x 17400 pixels the finest detail can be registered and documented for the future in up to now unrivalled quality and brilliance. Patterns larger than A0 can be reproduced with 300 dpi. As
is typical for Anagramm, also in the case of the David the simple operation and the optimal workflow are in the foreground.

For illumination fluorescent lights are suitable, especially for reproduction of gold ornaments. In connection with the Anagramm scanback a throughput of more than 500 double pages per day with the best possible quality in 600dpi is possible.

Anagramm® CamCradle

The concept of the Anagramm® CamCradle is the digitalisation without touching the surfaces with glass. The positioning and turn over happens with a maximum of protection for the book. The key benefit are:

• CamCradle characterized by simple handling without the need for extensive operation training.
• the unique and robust construction allow for ease of transport and therefore opens new avenues for location digitalisation projects.
• Unrestricted acces to the book allows the uncomplicated manual turning of the seperate page.
• Sensitive surfaces are not covered with a glass plate.
• The book is always kept in a variable angled position. the cover and spine of a book would therefore always be gently treated and not streched.
• Easy setting of the originals and easy adjustments save valuable time.
• The camera is set up only once for one production run and focus of object level remains cnstant for allscans, therfore giving the highest efficency and secures smooth processing.
• The fast and easy way of working makes sure, that the original are exposed for only minimal for possible environment pollution (UV-/IR-radiance, temperature influence).

For illumination we recommend fluorescent flood lights especially to display gold ornaments.
When used in conjuction with an Anagramm Production 2 scanback a throughput of more than 500 pages per day at best possible quality (in 600 dpi) is achievable.
