Linhof Studio are now the UK importer of the German B&W Outdoor.Cases. B&W is part of the BWH Group, Germany's premier manufacturer of specialist cases for industry. Outdoor.cases do everything you'd expect of a waterproof, protective case. Add in a few unique and innovative features such as burst-free 2 stage catches and an integral "balanced carrying strap" system, and accessories including a backpack, and you'll find that outdoor.cases are not only superb value , strong and lightweight but have all the features you're likely to think of.  Just watch the extreme tests the TUV board insist on to ensure B&W durability.

B&W OUTDOOR CASES - TESTED TO EXTREMES

B&W gives its outdoor.cases range an Unlimited Lifetime Guarantee because there's no doubt about the quality. The core design features of the range were developed over a number of years although the fundamental component - the waterproof O-ring seal - has been used by waterproof case manufacturers for many years. B&W outdoor.cases have been tested in a variety of unpleasant conditions in the temperature range -40°C to +80°C.

You'll note the many design features which help provide strength and reliability, including the deep ribs to protect the locking catches, the strap fixing points, the simple but always reliable purge valve system, the stacking locators on top and bottom of each case.

B&W outdoor.cases have also passed the stringent TÜV testing regime; this included a period of immersion at 5 metres, a 3m fall to concrete, and various compression and operational tests in simulated extreme conditions. There's an overview on the video link, including a 10 metre drop test. When your gear is carefully located in its outdoor.case, either in foam or in a set of padded nylon dividers, that'll be one less thing to worry about.

The Back Pack is well padded and ergonomically designed to allow for plenty of ventilation as well as ease of carrying. There are several zipped pockets as well as a tripod carrier. The Lid Pocket is perfect for holding documents, operating manuals etc. The detachable lid pocket can be fixed by two velcro straps. For protection of the equipment in the bottom of the case, the lid pocket is padded with egg foam.

B&W PROTECTIVE WATERPROOF PHOTO BAGS

This range of new professional photo cases and bags feature an unbreakable case which is 100% water, air and dust tight making it ideal for transporting valuable cameras and lenses, whether by air, rafting down the Nile or on the dusty dirt tracks in the outback.

The separate liner with its reconfigurable padded divider system offers perfect protection for cameras, lenses and other equipment. The liner fits inside the unbreakable case but can be transferred to the weather proof bag for a lighter way of carrying equipment on location.

The case is strong enough to stand on, which gives you an instant portable 35 cm high platform providing a useful height advantage for those special shots. Alternatively the box serves equally well as a dry seat when waiting for the perfect wildlife shot.

These unique cases and bags come with both a traditional shoulder strap and a backpack system for ultimate freedom of movement in all situations.
